Cancellation Policy

Course Enrollment Cancellation:

1.1. The platform reserve the right to cancel any order before providing you access into any course. Such cancellation may be exercised by the platform when inadequate information is provided by the enrollers while registration process. In such case, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee as per our refund policy.

1.2. In any event of fraudulent activities by the enrollers like attempt of screen recording, unauthorized attempt of content downloading, etc. the platform reserve the right to cancel or temporary barred his access on the content in any moment of time.

1.3. Enroller of any course may cancel his/her enrollment in that course within 24 hours. Cancellation by enrollers shall not be processed once the he/she gains access into the course. Shop Order Cancellation:

2.1. Any order with incomplete checkout or failure of payment will automatically cancelled by the platform.

2.2. All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product information or pricing. In such case, we will inform the customer and refund as per our refund policy.

2.3. A valid order in the website and which is not cancelled by the clause 2.2 (above) cannot be void by the customer after a successful check out and payment confirmation is done. Customer can initiate a return as per our Refund and Return Policy.
